Melissa’s primary role as Client Services Manager is overseeing all aspects of our client’s experience. Much of her time is spent talking with clients, answering questions, and assisting with requests.

Melissa came to work at Martin Financial Group in 1997. She grew up in the Kansas City area and is a graduate of Park University in Parkville, Missouri receiving her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. She holds her Series 7 and 63 securities registrations with LPL Financial and is also a licensed Notary for the State of Missouri.

Melissa and her husband, Jason, have two sons, Dylan and Trevor, and two spoiled pups, Gordon and Ava. As a fan of all things Kansas City, she loves to cheer on the Kansas City Royals and Kansas City Chiefs. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys traveling, photography and editing and an occasional afternoon siesta.
